1. Overview
This Refund Policy explains when and how you can obtain a refund for your PropFind subscription. It forms part of, and should be read alongside, our Terms of Service.
PropFind is a single plan, billed as a rolling monthly subscription paid in advance. There is no setup fee, no annual plan, and no long-term contract. Subscriptions are sold and billed through a third-party payment provider, which handles all payments and processes refunds on our behalf. The payment provider's own buyer terms may also apply to your purchase.
2. 14-day money-back guarantee
If you are a new customer and PropFind isn't right for you, you may request a full refund of your first monthly payment within 14 days of the date that payment was taken — no questions asked. We will refund the full amount and cancel your subscription.
The 14-day money-back guarantee applies once per customer, to your first monthly payment only. It does not apply to any later monthly renewal.
3. Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time by emailing [email protected] from the address associated with your account. We will confirm your cancellation by email. When you cancel:
- Your subscription stays active until the end of the monthly period you have already paid for.
- You will not be charged again.
- The payment for the current month is non-refundable, except as required by law or as set out in section 4 below.
4. Billing errors and service issues
If you have been charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge, or a charge taken after a confirmed cancellation — contact us within 60 days and we will refund the incorrect amount in full.
Where the service has been substantially unavailable for a prolonged period due to a fault on our side, we may, at our discretion, offer a refund or account credit.
5. What is not refundable
Except as set out above, the following are not refundable:
- Monthly periods that have already elapsed.
- The remainder of the current month after a cancellation.
- Subscriptions on accounts terminated for breach of our Terms of Service.
6. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the address associated with your account, including your account details and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
7. Chargebacks
If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us first — we resolve genuine cases quickly. Raising a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in your account being suspended while the dispute is investigated.
8. Your statutory rights
PropFind is a business-to-business service sold to estate agencies and property businesses. Nothing in this policy affects any rights you may have under applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The current version is always published at https://propfind.io/refund/ with a new "Last updated" date.
