PropFind is operated by PROPFIND LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17260708, with its registered office at 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX. References in these Terms to "PropFind", "we", "us" and "our" mean PROPFIND LTD.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using the PropFind service at https://propfind.io, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. What PropFind is
PropFind provides a chat assistant for UK estate agents. We embed a chat widget on your website, ingest your property feed, and use AI to answer prospective buyers' and renters' questions about your stock, capturing leads on your behalf. PropFind is contactable at [email protected].
3. Eligibility
To use PropFind, you must be at least 18 years old, represent a legitimate estate agency or property business operating in the United Kingdom, and have authority to enter into agreements on behalf of that business.
4. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us at [email protected] immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend accounts that show signs of abuse, fraud, or violation of these terms.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract our source code, models, or training data
- Use the service to send spam, illegal content, or content that infringes others' rights
- Embed the chat widget on websites unrelated to your registered estate agency business
- Misrepresent yourself or your agency
- Attempt to access other agents' data or interfere with our infrastructure
- Use the service in any way prohibited by UK law
6. Your data and your customers' data
You retain ownership of your property data, your conversation transcripts, and lead records you create through PropFind. We process this data on your behalf to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
When visitors interact with the chat widget on your website, their data (chat messages, contact details, IP, etc.) is processed under our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring your website discloses the use of PropFind to your visitors and obtains any consent required under UK GDPR and PECR — including but not limited to cookie consent for the chat widget.
7. Service availability
We aim for high availability but make no guarantees of uptime, error-free operation, or specific service levels at this stage of the product. We may suspend or modify the service for maintenance, security, or operational reasons. Where reasonably possible, we will give advance notice.
8. AI-generated responses
PropFind uses third-party AI providers (currently OpenAI) to generate chat responses. Responses are generated programmatically and may occasionally contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing leads captured through the service before relying on them for business decisions. We make no warranty as to the accuracy of AI-generated content.
9. Fees and payment
Pricing is published at https://propfind.io. Fees are subject to change with 30 days' notice. Payment is processed via a third-party payment provider. You're responsible for any taxes applicable in your jurisdiction. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy.
10. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. We may terminate your account for material breach of these terms, with reasonable notice where practicable. On termination, we will give you 30 days to export your data before deletion, unless retention is required by law.
11. Liability and warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, we disclaim all warranties (express or implied), including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Our total liability arising out of or relating to these terms or the service is capped at the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or £100, whichever is greater. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version at https://propfind.io/terms/ with a new "Last updated" date. For material changes, we'll notify you by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
